Dining aboard the Thunder 1 will be as exceptional as your fishing and cruising. Whether you prefer fresh seafood or a delicious grilled steak your crew will provide you with a dining experience you will remember. Our gourmet meals will be customized to your tastes and preferences.

A Typical Days Menu

Breakfast:

Fresh fruit salad, homemade muffins right from the galley, juices and hot coffee to start your day. For those who like a little extra to get going, cereal, toast and bagels will be served as well.

Lunch:

Seafood chowder or one of Deb's other delicious homemade soups, pasta salads, freshly cracked crab and of course the occasional freshly barbequed salmon.

Appetizer:

After the action subsides, an appetizer of smoked salmon, a hot crab dip or some other delicious appy that Deb has prepared.

Dinner:

A relaxing sit-down dinner might include the freshly grilled salmon or halibut, a perfectly grilled steak, seafood fettuccini alfredo or something you may have specially requested. A fresh salad is always included with dinner as well as a vegetable dish or two.

Desert:

If you possibly have room for another bite, you may be treated to a lemon meringue pie, a baked cheesecake or other delectable delights from the galley.

Deb uses the freshest possible ingredients and produce in preparing your meals and will design a menu that will be healthy and delicious.
